I have had the sacred honor of supervising licensed and unlicensed social workers for over a decade, both within the non profit and private sector!

Supervision is collaborative, non judgemental and completely necessary in our field and I approach it much as I do the skills of therapy, meaning it is about you, not me. It is a balance to offer insight, training, resources and skills all the while assisting, supporting and helping you develop into the clinician you are meant to be. It’s exciting, it’s challenging, and we have a lot of fun.
